Lemon Juice

Lemon Juice contains a good amount of vitamin C. It also contains potassium, folate, flavonoids and limonene, a phytochemical with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.

Lime Juice

Lime juice has similar components as lemon juice, excellent source of vitamin C.

Agave Syrup

Agave syrup %) is a natural sweetener with a low Glycaemic Index so it raises blood sugar less than sugar. However, it is much sweeter. It is mainly fructose. Agave syrup is a good source of beta-carotene, which our body converts into vitamin A.

It also contains some B vitamins, choline (a nutrient similar to B-vitamins), folate, vitamin C, E and K, and some minerals (calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and selenium).
